STRONG Classes are a progressive, full-body resistance training class using various weights. Designed to help you lift heavier, move better, and feel powerful—without the bulk. Expect structured sets, serious muscle activation, and real results. All levels welcome, with guided coaching every step of the way.
May not be suitable for acute injuries but can be adapted (lighter weights, alternative exercises). Great for building resilience post-recovery.
