FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Weekdays 6am-10pm , Weekends and bank holidays 8am-6pm.

  • We do not have any customer parking on site. But have paid metered parking available very close to the gym. We are also very well connected via train and tube. 

  • The first mock class timetable will be released soon! We welcome any suggestions so we can factor this in to our decision making. The final timetable will be released a few weeks prior to opening.

  • All members will have access to the cloud nine app, where you will be able to manage your membership, check for updates and book onto classes. There will be more information around the app closer to opening.

  • Fit out works are beginning imminently, we are scheduled to open in Summer 2026. We will have a firmer opening date once construction is underway. 

  • If you sign up on the presale founder offer, no payment will be taken until the gym is open. If you decide after your first visit that the gym is not for you, we will cancel your membership and refund you the full amount.

  • Of course! If you visit our website https://www.cloudninegym.co.uk/bethnalgreen-pre-sale-landing-page you will be able to see all the photos, facilities and packages that we are offering. We will continue to update our website and social media as the gym progresses.

  • Your first payment to the gym will be taken on the day we open. All following payments will be billed every 4 weeks continuously until the membership is cancelled.

  • You can use our tanning bed in line with government guidelines for safe tanning. This states a maximum session of 14 minutes and at least 48 hours between each visit. As long as these guidelines are adhered to, there is no limit on how many times you can use the facility.

  • You will need to be at least 16 years old if you wish to join the gym.

  • We will be offering discounts for Blue light, NHS, and students.. You will be entitled to a free joining fee however your monthly fee will not be discounted. The prices shown on the website are the standard full rates. If you are eligible for our presale founder offer, you will receive 50% off for the first two months and there is no joining fee. So, signing up on the offer will work out cheaper.

  • We will be offering tours, day passes and pay as you go classes once we are open subject to availability. If spaces do become available, we will be happy to arrange a day pass for you. Our members will receive priority booking for the classes, however, if there are spaces available, you are more than welcome to attend on a pay as you go basis.
